If it weren't for rent control entitlements some of you just might be posting your gripes on a site like this one. The difference is it would be called YO! Palmdale. I have said this and I will say it again, most landlords make between 1 and 5% profit on their properties. And with costs going up even less than that. That is the furthest from being greedy.

Most small rental property owners also carry their properties for years and even decades at a loss before they ever see a dime of profit…
