Click here to download the latest draft ordinance for the “Roadmap to Housing” program that was submitted today. The ordinance will be introduced to the Transportation Committee on March 23 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall by Councilman Rosendahl. If passed along, it will be put before the full City Council on April 6th.
Proposed is modification of 85.02 (with 85.11) to allow “Roadmap to Housing” participants to legally sleep on City Streets only in Council District 11.
