Last week, the strip of North Venice Blvd just west of the library got the long-awaited OVO signs.
And for the first time in recent memory, this area is clear of RVs, and the parking spaces are available.
This is the Farmer's Market area and has been one of the last ones to get the OVO signs.
Hope this leads to cleaner and safer conditions on that stretch.

There are OVO signs all around Gold's – on Hampton and on 3rd. When did that happen? I just noticed them today while riding my
bike to the gym.

Those OVO signs have been there for a couple of months, along with "No Vehicle Over 6 ft" near the corners. Unfortunately, several RVs and campers are still eluding citation due to handicapped placards or plates or by refusing to open their doors to police officers, thus avoiding citation under 85.02. The situation on 3rd is not remarkably improved, even with the signs. Fortunately this blatant law-breaking has not been seen in most other areas of Venice. Mark
