The Venice Neighborhood Council Land Use and Planning Committee will meet on Wednesday, June 27th.

Items of note from the meeting agenda include: Saint Joseph’s Place at 204 Hampton Drive looking to build a 14ft wall in lieu of the code maximum 8ft and a presentation from Gjelina on proposed changes there.

Upcoming LUPC items of note include The Rose Café and Primitovo looking to upgrade to full liquor licenses, the proposed "Simmzys" at 37 Washington looking for a beer and wine license and Sauce on Hampton expanding from 616 sq ft to 1,042 with seating for 46.
