This guy painted a mural ……

1998 "Swagman" Venice Mural, alley near 685 Venice Boulevard, Venice, California. Venice California

 

Back in May of this year, some (****--**) tagged it with 99%.

Looking for the artist to see if he can repair the damage.

 

We have attempted to have Sparc's restore it, but …….
