Attention local moms… We are looking for a part-time nanny for our 2 year old. We want someone honest, reliable, loving and someone with lots of energy for play , park, etc… We will guarantee 20 hours a week, but sometimes will need more. The VeniceMoms Google Group is a good resource for a nanny. There are many posts on the topic and often families post to recommend a beloved nanny they no longer need.

i second Peachhead – that's an amazing resource for ANYTHING, not just babystuff/nannies (but i got mine there too).
the Venicemoms group is great too, for more local stuff (parks, events, etc), but when you are talking nannies, i'd go with Peachhead.

Hi there,
I'm Zanni & I have been a Childcare Provider for most of my life.
I started as a teen in MDR (1980s) caring for a newborn baby & before long I was watching other kids in the neighborhood as part-time work, along with house keeping.
I had my first baby Girl at age 25 (1991) & had three more Boys after that! My youngest is 14 years old now and my oldest is 21.
In 1997 I started my own Licensed Professional Daycare called "Baywood Childcare" in Los Osos CA.
After my youngest Boy started public school, (around 2004) I started College to become a Music Producer & Film Maker.
I am presently attending school 1/2 time at SMC and working on my 2nd level Certificate in Digital Media.
I still love working with Children & I have time & a flexible schedule as well!
I have had a lifetime of experience with Children and I have attended several toddler safety training courses including infant/toddler CPR to obtain my Child care license.
I have excellent references & I know I am well qualified to care for your little one.
