spoke to arturo pena, the Beach Avenue Gateway to Homes is closing escrow, and will need $$$ to build, it is located east of lincoln, south of washington, not far from costco (behind encore motel, or in that area), it is in a commercial zone, and may be in an area that will have minimal impact....

They may have to build those lockers a little bigger to accommodate those Costco shopping carts.

So without any public comment, it looks like Steve Clare was given a green light for the public locker debacle on the boardwalk.  How does Steve Clare have the ability to implement something that benefits his business on the backs of Venice residents?
