Found Saturday night at 9:00. Stripped of seats and wheels. Stored in safe location please contact me here.  I will call LAPD tomorrow if no one claims by noon Sunday.

Hi Bret.  PD picked it up yesterday afternoon. The bike had an ID # taped to the neck of the bike…

Hey Clyde, thanks for the info. Did you happen to get the ID# they put on the bike? Or the name of the officer that picked it up? Or what police station it went to? I've found that the right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing over there, so as much info as I can get to retrieve my bike would be helpful. Thanks!

I did not get their names but assume they are from Pacific Division.  It looked like a rental bike in the light of day.
