OfflineOwner should be cited for allowing this. The owner is responsible for employees.
The only way this will stop is if the owner is held responsible and has to pay
for the hazmat unit to clean up. My brother had to pay the city for hazmat
cleanup at his office once………cost him $800 dollars to remove a tiny spill in the
office. And that was years ago.

OfflineOK so the 911 operator has called me back 3 times since I made the report. Despite giving her the exact address she keeps asking for a cross street and wanting to know if the location is in Venice or Santa Monica. I urged her to use some sort of map to ascertain this info. But have very little hope the shitbox is still there.
Welcome to summer in Venice
