Never one to rest on his laurels, wunderkind Venice director Ace Norton has been experimenting with fashion videos, recently completing a short film for Jenni Kayne’s winter 2013 line and Rhie’s Spring/Summer ’14 line too!

Jenni Kayne’s video is about a crime scene which turns into a fashion scene, while Rhie’s is a love story set at a demolition derby.
Director Norton is currently “at an undisclosed location” helming a pilot for an episodic featuring Venice Beach muscleman / actor Frankie Levangie as “Tommy Spades”, “a professional big wave rider raising 3 young boys on his own”. A wipeout sends Spades to a hospital, “where he meets an exotic island nurse that happens to be raising 3 young girls on her own”. The working title of the project is “Wave of Love”.
