Real medical bills for under-/un-insured will be first priority of the charity. Once the victim’s needs are met, any remaining funds will be contributed to an existing local victim’s charity.

When You Wish will hold all funds in the non-profit and be accountable.

You can meet the organizers of “When You Wish” at the Candlelight vigil which will be held at the Candle Cafe this evening starting at 6pm. (That story is up next).
