After nearly 25 years in business at 1146 Abbot Kinney, Chris Featherstone’s Glencrest Bar-B-Que may be forced to close or relocate due to a trust sale of the property.
The building is listed at 2.2 million with Melissa Macfadyen of Teles Properties. It is rumored that there is a cash buyer and the tenants may have to move quickly. Asked if they would be allowed to stay, an employee said “it doesn’t look good”.
