During the LAPD Open House and Pancake Breakfast on September 8th, a “Rally for Justice” was held for skateboarder Ronald Weekley Jr. outside of the LAPD Pacific headquarters. Spirit of Venice was there and uploaded this video:

LAPD Chief Charlie Beck has ordered 21 stations to hold community meetings to allow questions about three recent videotaped incidents (including Weekley Jr’s) in which the level of force used by officers was called into question.
