Actor Kerr Smith and business partner Tim Benedick are rolling out their Venice Beach Beer Company beer as of today. Their “Venice” beer should be on tap by the end of the day at Mercedes Grill, Hinano and The Whaler on Washington. The brew will also be available at Whole Foods on Lincoln.

Plans for a storefront on Rose have been put off for “a year or two” while the new company rolls out their “Venice” beer, “June Gloom” (Belgian white), Dirty Blonde and Ink (a chocolate oatmeal stout) offerings.

Big congrats to Kerr and Tim (who worked for many years as the manager of the Venice Whaler) on the initial roll out!
