The street lights on Ocean Front Walk are being replaced with energy efficient LED lights. The old fixtures were removed today near Windward, the new ones will be getting installed tomorrow. For the second time this week, hazardous materials crews from the City of Los Angeles cleaned up 3rd street near Rose today, removing human waste from the sidewalks at what is now commonly referred to City-wide as “Skid-Rose”.
