Sophia’s Psychic Shop Shuttered

In today’s “didn’t they see it coming” news, Sohia’s Psychic Shop at 762 Washington has shuttered. No word if Sophia is fortune telling elsewhere.

Debbie Sutz at Lighthouse Properties now has the listing for this place at $3,495 a month, give her a call.

Vert Abbot Kinney Shuttered

Vert (the eco-friendly clothing, lotion, baby, beauty products store) is closing “for now”. Their website says they are relocating and the signs in the window say that the display cases are for sale. Call them at 310 581 6126 for moving sale discounts.
