On Saturday, The Tree People came to Venice and planted trees along Abbot Kinney between Washington and Venice. It is great to have a group like The Tree People in Los Angeles that step in when the city can’t afford to plant new trees or just chooses not to. If you have never been to the Tree People’s Park on Mulholland (at Coldwater) we recommend it highly and there are great hiking paths there that run between Coldwater and Laurel Canyon.
