A bit late as we are still on “vacation”, here are some pictures from the season closer of the 2009 Twilight Dance Series at the Santa Monica Pier featuring Patti Smith and her Band. Known as the “Godmother of Punk”, Smith is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee. The show was amazing and the band included guitarist Lenny Kaye and bassist Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
