We got a little card placed on our car window today: an ad for the beautifully renovated Su Casa rental suites, located above Figtree’s Cafe on the boardwalk.
12 fully-furnished (gorgeous!) Studios, 1 Bedroom Suites, and their Grand Suite rent nightly at rates in the $190 – $320 range (except during summer). Weekly rates for winter are about $1200-$2200. They can also be rented by the month or longer. And…locals get 10% off. Nice! Summer rates will start in mid-May, but have not been posted yet.
Tons of amenities, spectacular views, and killer location – I might rent from time to time so I can pretend I have an amazing condo on the beach.
They were very friendly when I called to inquire about rates, and being an owner-operated local business, they strive to give personalized attention to what are sure to become loyal (and repeat) guests.
