The Venice Chamber of Commerce is hosting a mixer next Wednesday, Oct. 24th.

It will take place at Meditrina Cafe – which, as you know, is one of our favorite lunch spots.

I emailed the Chamber to get an idea of what the deal is for this event, and they were prompt in their reply…

“The goal is for members of the Chamber to network with each other, to bring in new members and for any interested party to meet the people that live and work in their community.”

Even if you are not a member of the Chamber of Commerce or a business owner, you should still attend! Why? “It’s a benefit to meet members of your community and find out what’s going on with issues that may be important to you”, so sayeth the reply email.

Anyone can attend. It’s $5 for members, $10 for non-members. There will be a raffle of prizes ($1 per ticket or 6 tickets for $5), and delicious food from Meditrina Cafe. Meet our local business owners and show your support!
